I just wanted to take a minute here while I'm in the slow process of updating the website to give everyone a quick update.

I apologize for neglecting the blog, but things have been very hectic in my life as of recently and I've slowed down on breeding due to that and some health reasons. I am currently in the process of re-updating the website though and have just put a few pairs together actually so we should be expecting babies in September and some may be ready to go home for Halloween or even possibly before that depending on when the does become pregnant.

I will get the blog updated as soon as I can, but I have to deal with the website first. Between my daughter going back to school, her 8th birthday on Aug. 30th and dealing with family issues it may take me a little bit.

If you want to know more of what is available please feel free to either email me or just check out the website as it's slowly being updated.

Available males..

We currently have 6 males available from our Aquilo X Alanis' litter which consist of both BE and RE Siamese and Himalayan with Standard ears and Standard and Rex coats.. We also have Cherry Garcia (Russian Blue Point Siamese) and Midnight Special (Black Berkshire Rex Dumbo) available as well, both are males.

I will be getting updated photos of them shortly as soon as I update my 2 other litters.

I will not, repeat will NOT be taking ANY reservations on my current litters until the pups from Aquilo X Alanis' litter have been homed. The pups are very sweet and it's not fair just because some have light eyes and have standard ears that they are being looked over due to that. I am standing very firm on this.. New Photos

I just wanted to take a minute and let everyone know that I will be getting updated pictures of our current litters this weekend. We will be taking reservations for the 2 females on our 'Available' page along with a few pups from our Boogie x Saffron litter.

So please if you are interested send us an email with a fully filled out adoption application. I have a feeling these babies are gonna go fast. They are absolutely gorgeous and with personalities to match how could you not want to bring these lil sweeties home.

Two available female rat pups

We have 2 beautiful and sweet female rat pups that are available to go to a good home on the 19th of November. They have Standard ears and coats. I have photos posted of them on the 'Available Babies' page here on our BlogSpot to the bottom right hand side.

If anyone is interested and hasn't send in an application already please send in an application via email and we will get back to you.

It's been awhile.

Sorry everyone it has been quite sometime since I've been actually able to get on BlogSpot and update it. Things have been very hectic lately and now going into the Holiday season don't seem like they will be letting up until after New Years.. I will try to get this page updated when and if I can before then.. If you need anything feel free to contact me via email or Facebook and I'll be glad to get back to you.

My website is up-to-date with everything other than the Does and Bucks pages could really be updated with some rats that have been retired and rats from our most recent litters that we've kept. I guess that will come in time though.

We have been doing some updates on our "Rat Varieties" page so it can better help people who aren't as familiar with the varieties. I have actual photos of Markings, Coat Type, Eye Color, Ear Type, Body Type, and Tail Type that have been added.. I will also be adding an area on how to find out the correct sex of your rats as well for those of you who have or have gotten rats from a less reputable place or if you just want to double check. I will hopefully be getting those photos on the site between this evening and tomorrow.

A lil update..

I just wanted to apologize to everyone if you've noticed I haven't been around in over a week. Some of you may already know that my husband was admitted into Geisinger Hospital in Danville, PA on the 15th of this mth. for monitoring and tests so we can further figure out his seizures. I was with him and busy the whole time so I did not have time to update the website. I am slowly in the process of doing so. Please bear with me.

If you emailed me and haven't herd back please send it again. It may have gotten overlooked with everything being so hectic. I didn't intentionally not email anyone back.

I'll be playing catch-up for the next week.

5 males available for adoption..

We currently have 5 males awaiting their furever homes. We have a Fawn Berkshire Velveteen and Fawn Berkshire from our Edge X Aurelia breeding, then we have 3 Agouti bucks from our Voodoo X Gypsy Rose breeding. 

We currently do have 2 new litters, but I will be holding off on rehoming them until I get these 5 males into homes. I don't know why they haven't been adopted. They are sweet, loving, and outgoing boys. Just because their not just newly weaned 5-6wk. old babies doesn't mean they are any less sweet. They love being handled and spending time outside of their cage with people.

So please consider any of the Fawn and Agouti boys. Any of them can go home together since they were weaned they have lived happily together and get along great with each other.

URGENT: We need your help!!!!

I think everyone needs to be aware of this and needs to read this through thoroughly because this will not just affect us hobby breeders, but this is going to affect every type of breeder out there from us hobby rat breeders to dog breeders, to rescues, etc.. This is not something small and insignificant. This will have such a major impact that people are not realizing and are not taking seriously. Every single animal owner out there needs to be made aware of this and we need to take action.

As it's been said.. They think that they can quietly let this pass and we won't know about it until it is getting put into affect, but we need to make every single person aware of this that we can. We all need to speak out against this. You actually need to click on the link below, go through, and actually fully read it and maybe then you will realize that this is really happening. That can pass and it is going to change everything. Nothing will ever be the same again.

Young males available..

I just want to make everyone aware that we have 2 beautifully marked males available from Karama's litter that are still waiting for their furever home to come along. There are 4 sweet boys from Gypsy Rose's litter which are 3 Agouti and 1 Chinchilla. From Aurelia's litter there are 2 Fawn boys one Standard coat and one Velveteen coat. Lastly from Bella's litter we have 2 stunning boys available; a RE Siamese Dumbo and BE Siamese Dumbo..

We also have 2 very sweet young ladies from Torie's litter; a Himalayan and BE Himalayan.

I do have 2 upcoming litters due June 22nd, but I'm afraid those pups will NOT be available to the public until the above bucks and does have found their forever homes. So if you're considering adopting please look into who I have available. They are just as sweet and loving as any younger baby out there.

Rats needing homes..

I still have rat pups available from my Current Litters along with some on my Available page. I would like to home these pups before either I pair anymore litters or before any other pups are to be adopted out. Just because they are not 5wk. old pups anymore does not mean that they are gonna love any different. They are still very young.

I have 2 sisters available (1 Himalayan and 1 Black Eyed Himalayan) that would make wonderful companions. I also have a few boys available as well if you look at our Current Litters page.

Males available..

We currently still have males availble from Karama, Gyspy Rose, and Aurelia's litters. So if you are interested please visit our website and fill out an adoption application with us.

We also still have 2 sets of juvenile sisters up for adoption on our 'Available' page of our website along with some other rats as well. Please feel free to check that page out as well. They are just as sweet and wonderful as our just weaned babies :)

We won't be doing any breedings until ALL babies from our Current Litters are homed and some of the juveniles on our Available page are homed as well, but when we do breed our next pairs we are expecting some wonderful rats to be available over the summer mths. As sometimes the Summer mths. can be a bit slower with vacations, etc.. We will only be breeding on a need to breed basis such as if we have any does that need to be bred and cannot wait until the fall. The hot summer mths. tend to be a bit more relaxed and that speaks for adoptions as well. So be sure to check back with us frequently if you are indeed interested in any summer breedings. If you are please fill out an application and let us know that you would like to adopt from one of our summer litters.

Apologies..

For the delay with emails, baby pick-ups, etc.. Things have been beyond crazy since last weekend. We got new furniture and while moving all of it in and the old out my husband re-fractured his left foot, sprained his right ankle, and tore a muscle up near his wrist area. So he can't help me very much so almost everything around here I'm having to do whereas before it was a 50/50 job for us.

I do want to again apologize for being backed up, but with taking care of him, my daughter, and the critters I've been crazy busy.

I put off Karama's litter being adopted until next week due to the large litter size. Their still a bit small and I am not comfortable letting them go yet.

But we still do have have others available for adoption on the 'Available' page of our website. We are needing to cut back a bit on the juveniles I kept that I was considering breeding and then decided not to along with some of our younger retired rats as well. They need as much TLC as our babies do. Every rat here no matter age, size, color, or ear type are loved just as much no matter what and deserve thee very best.

I also wanted to note I'm sorry I haven't gotten updated pictures up. I do have them on my laptop, but my laptop is dieing on me so I'm trying to slowly move everything onto the desktop. I hope to get the photos up asap either by tonight or tomorrow night.

Who we have available..

If you look on our website on the 'Available' page we have some very sweet rats on there of different ages and will possibly be adding more within the next few weeks.

Babies galore..

All my litters photos have been updated so please everyone feel free to go and check them out. I am actively looking for a home for 2 males (same sex pair) and 2 females (same sex pair) from Mak and Maya's litter.

Then from Lex and Torie's litter there are currently 7 females available.

I would like to home these 2 boys and lil ladies are their adoption dates to go home will be coming up much sooner than the other litters. The babies from both litters are just darling.

I have posted up pictures of our 3 newest litters if everyone wants to check them out. I will have pictures up tomorrow of our 2 older litters that will be ready to go home much sooner. We still have a few spots open on Mak and Maya's litter and we are now taking reservations on Lex and Torie's litter. Once I have the pictures up of Torie's litter it will better help everyone reserve the pups they want.

Though I must say with Torie's litter it looks like other than 2 Agouti females we have 3 Himi and 3 Black-Eyed Himi females. They are gorgeous, but we are asking adopters to consider, when adopting, to take home a female of each eye color to make it fair for our other adopters. I know not everyone is big on lighter eyed pups, but they are just as sweet and loving as their dark eyed counterparts. So please take this into consideration.

Females from Maya's litter..

I had an adopter that was adopting 2 does from Mak and Maya's litter decide to switch to another litter so I now have 2 beautiful girls available. One is a Silver Fawn and the other is a Champagne Dumbo. Both does are Self with Standard coats.

Here are some pictures for now, but I will do my best to update them this weekend for everyone. These pics kinda threw their color off a bit making them look the same, but they aren't. I'll use my lighting system over the weekend.

New babies

Sorry it's been awhile since I've updated.. I've been quite busy as some of you may know already we have been raising a kitten we found by our mailbox that was only 24hrs. or less old. He needs around the clock care so it has been quite chaotic around here.

We do have some pups available for adoption.. There are 3 males available from Mak and Maya's litter. They have Standard ears and coats. There are 2 Champagne and 1 Dilute male. They will be ready to go to their new homes 4/12. Check out our website for most recent updated photos.

I also have a litter from Lex and Torie that are only a few days old. It is our first litter that is ALL female. Those of you out there that are always looking for females this is the litter for you. Torie has 8 healthy female pups.. Most likely Standard ears and coats. There should be RES, BES, and Agouti if I am correct. This is an outcross breeding and we can't wait to see how these pups grow. So there will be females available from this litter as well.

Available ratties.

I have 2 little males left available from Bunny's litter. A little Siamese and an Agouti. They are doing wonderful with their foster momma, Remy. I have posted up new photos of them on our website.

Maya is also about to pop anytime between late tonight into tomorrow morning. Gypsy Rose has not gained a lot of weight as I would of hoped so I'm still crossing my fingers she has a few pups in there, but if not I will try re-pairing her back to Voodoo.

We also have 2 possible upcoming litters, but their a bit away as we don't even know if the does have taken. We will keep you informed though.
